Transparency & visitor choices
Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 20, 2026
This policy explains how RAZCON LLC uses customer contact information and how this website handles product inquiry lists, browser preferences and external services.
1. Information you choose to provide
When you contact us by email, telephone, an enabled CRM contact form or chat, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, company, product interests and message contents. What we receive depends on the channel you use and the information you choose to share. Please avoid including sensitive information that is not needed for your inquiry.
2. How RAZCON uses customer information
RAZCON uses customer contact information to respond to inquiries and communicate about our products and services. When you submit our contact form, your email address is also added to our email marketing list. Being added to the list does not by itself establish marketing consent; email marketing remains subject to applicable consent requirements.
3. Email marketing and current text-message practices
RAZCON's promotional emails include an Unsubscribe link, as reported by RAZCON. You may also contact orders@raz-con.com to request that promotional emails stop. Unsubscribe processing and suppression of future promotional emails have not been independently verified.
RAZCON does not currently send marketing text messages.
Your Privacy Choices settings control optional website services. These settings are separate from email marketing preferences and do not establish marketing consent. A contact inquiry does not by itself establish marketing consent.
4. Product inquiry lists and browser storage
Our product catalog supports inquiries but does not accept online payments or offer online checkout. Product selections, quantities and notes may be saved locally in your browser so you can return to your inquiry list. Contact details entered in the product inquiry workflow are held in page state, not saved by that workflow in browser storage.
Preparing an email draft does not submit the request to RAZCON. The visitor must send the message using their own email application. Copying the draft only copies it to the clipboard; no automatic public product inquiry submission is enabled.
The inquiry list and Privacy Choices use separate browser-storage records. A temporary per-tab record may help preserve a privacy withdrawal when normal storage fails. These records have no automatic website-defined expiry. Browser settings, shared browser profiles and clearing site storage can affect them; clearing storage may remove saved selections and preferences.
5. Chat, CRM contact forms and Google Maps
Optional chat, contact-form and map services load only when enabled through Privacy Choices or an explicit load button. You can enable these services individually. Enabling them can share browser information, such as an IP address and browser details, with their respective providers, along with information you choose to enter or send.
- The CRM contact form uses an external form loader from cdnstyles.com and a configured service at forms-prod.apigateway.co.
- The chat widget uses an external SDK from cdn.apigateway.co.
- The location map is an embedded Google Maps service.
Provider collection, processing and retention practices remain subject to review. You can use our email address and telephone number without enabling these optional services.
6. Hosting and other external resources
The website also uses hosting/CDN services, Google Fonts, Unsplash images, Vibe-hosted product, branding and team images, and background image resources from transparenttextures.com. Loading these resources can send normal browser/request information to their serving hosts outside the three optional-service toggles. Privacy Choices does not block every outside network request.
7. Sharing with service providers
Website, communication and hosting providers may process information to deliver the services described here. Information you send through an enabled contact form or chat may be processed by that provider as well as RAZCON. Provider arrangements, processing destinations and any other sharing practices remain subject to confirmation.
8. Retention and privacy requests
Retention periods, provider practices and the process for handling access, correction or deletion requests are still being reviewed. For privacy questions or requests, contact orders@raz-con.com. This policy does not promise a specific retention period, response deadline or automatic deletion of business records.
9. Privacy Choices and withdrawal
You can reopen Privacy Choices in the footer to accept, reject or change individual optional-service preferences. Essential navigation, catalog browsing and manual inquiry drafting remain available. When a withdrawal can be saved safely, the page reloads to stop an already loaded optional service. If browser storage prevents a safe withdrawal, follow the warning shown by the preference controls.
Changing a preference does not erase information already received by a third-party provider, remove their cookies or withdraw a message already sent. Requests about information already shared should be directed to RAZCON and, where appropriate, the provider.
10. Policy updates and contact
This policy may change as business and provider practices are confirmed. For privacy questions and requests to stop promotional communications, contact:
